Why You Should Be Doing More on LinkedIn
Most of our clients focus their social media marketing around Facebook and Instagram, which makes sense. But most also under value the power of LinkedIn.

When I talk about how to launch or scale a business using LinkedIn, there are some of the reason I suggest you go about it:
- Global Reach — LinkedIn allows us all the unique opportunity to showcase our expertise and provide value to other professionals all over the globe. The whole big blue world is your potential market.
- Demonstrate Your Value — Linked allows you to demonstrate you value based on your experiences, knowledge, expertise, skills, and stories of successes and failures. There is no better place to establish your credibility.
- Storytelling Works — I love writing articles and how-to guides on LinkedIn for passive and in-person networking. The more you share your stories; the more people will connect with them. For me this is where most marketing falls short, they don’t “edutain”.
- Create a Paper Trail — Send a personal note with your connection request to remind your contacts how/where you met and reference something you talked about. When they accept and respond to your note, it leaves a paper trail you can to refer to later.
- Introverts Rule — LinkedIn empowers introverts to reach out and make soft introductions to other users. Shy people can flourish here much easier then most expressive platforms. LinkedIn is particularly appealing to introverts who by nature prefer writing versus speaking
In the end, I love LinkedIn because it allows things previously done only via real world networking. Being a LinkedIn All-Star helps you become even more accomplished. The abliity to network with literally anyone quickly and efficiently makes LinkedIn the perfect environment for building your network.
